Our Staff

Eva came to Oakwood in 2006 and joined our staff three years later. She now serves as our Counseling Director. Prior to that, she entered into the ministry as a volunteer teacher with the youth in 1993. Over the years, she volunteered in several other capacities until we snagged her onto our team.

Though she is originally from Edinburg, Texas, Eva’s loyalties lie with the Rangers. She always enjoys the company of her husband Jim, their two sons and six grandchildren. You can often find her with her nose stuck in a good book.
